Employed with a role in the Enterprise Partner Group, Specialist Team Unit. I was part of the Application Platform Team as a Technical Solution Professional primarily focusing on products like Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, Business Intelligence and SharePoint. My role was to support both the technical and sales teams to drive sales opportunities.

My main responsibilities included:

• Managing the Application Platform Workshops and Briefing schedules including driving attendance
• Managing the Application Platform Solution Showcase
• Supporting and provisioning technical workshops
• Assisting with the management of the global Virtual Technology Solutions Professional program in the UK
• Supporting the Microsoft Technology Centre as an extended lab team member, including: building and streamlining their network deployment system using Microsoft Deployment Technologies; installing, configuring and uninstalling hardware in a datacentre environment
• Showcasing and demonstrating Microsoft solutions and technology both internally and externally to customers

Support Engineer working within the Network Operations Centre covering shifts in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities included responding to customer queries and support calls, as well as monitoring vital computer and network systems.
